We provide Pet Portals free of charge to all clients who have an active email address on file with us. You can use your Pet Portal to conveniently manage your pet’s health online any time, day or night.

How can Pet Portal benefit me?

• Do you sometimes forget your pet’s monthly heartworm or flea preventative medication? Remind yourself by email with ‘Medication Minders’ in your Pet Portal
• Need a refill of your pet’s medication, or a bag of food that we special order for you? Make this request 24/7 using Pet Portal.
• Would you like to book an appointment with us? Send us a request when it’s convenient for you!
• Taking your pet to a groomer or boarding facility? Log in to your pet’s portal and print their vaccination record in seconds! Most facilities will accept this as proof of vaccination.
• Heading out of town? Use the ‘Pet Notes’ section in Pet Portals to create and print pet health care instructions for pet sitters or kennel staff.
• Have a question, comment or concern? Use ‘Pet Mail’, an easy-to-use messaging system available only from your Pet Portal. Our staff monitors Pet Mail each day that we’re open for business and will ensure your questions are answered in a timely manner.

How can I get a Pet Portal?

It’s easy! Simply provide us with your email address and we’ll email you a password and a link to our website. Once you are set up, to access your Pet Portal, simply visit www.bayviewanimalhospitalottawa.com, click on the “Pet Portals” link in the upper right hand corner, and enter your email address and assigned password. It’s that simple!
